If you're using Borealis which would be my personal preference then your kinetic weapon can be pretty much anything. If you're using Hardlight then I'd recommend taking a kinetic sniper rifle for those fragments that are a bit further out. Whilst you can use whatever weapons you're comfortable with for this there are two exotics in the energy slot that are particularly notable in that they can both cycle between all three elements. You can track your progress either through the map or the associated triumph. I'll present the fragments in a logical order for collecting them but will also try and ensure each individual description stands on its own so that if you only need one in a zone you don't need to reference other entries. The numbers used to identify the fragments in this guide are the same ones used in Bungie's API which means you can use various tracking sites to check which you're missing. If you're a new player and haven't yet unlocked Mars you can do so by visiting Amanda Holliday in the Tower Hangar and picking up the Warmind Legacy Campaign from her. The last is technically supposed to require completion of the Warmind campaign but can be acquired at any time with the use of an Out of Bounds glitch. The guide will also cover how to acquire and progress the catalyst for Worldline Zero once you have it unlocked.Īll but one of these fragments are accessible as soon as you unlock Mars. Along the way you will also complete a number of triumphs. Destroying 35 will allow you to unlock the cache containing the Worldline Zero exotic sword, destroying all 45 will allow you to unlock the cache containing the exotic G-335 Anseris Overdrive Sparrow. There are five fragment variations to be found (Kinetic, Arc, Solar, Void, Valkyrie) and each can only be destroyed with the matching damage type. The conditions for the catalyst to drop aren't entirely clear at present but upgrading it once acquired now just requires 300 kills with the weapon. Occasionally they may be included as rewards for certain quests. Ascendant Shard (1) - These can be acquired as season pass rewards, from Crucible/Gambit vendor rank ups, from Grandmaster Nightfalls or purchased from Banshee-44.Glacial Stalwort (200) - Can be collected in the Europa patrol zones as well as rewarded for participating in various Europa activities. If you want a quick boost for a specific purchase it can be obtained from Spider on the Tangled Shore by trading various other resources. Glimmer (125,000) - You earn this for basically everything you do in the game.Exotic Cipher (1) - These can be acquired as season pass rewards or through a weekly quest from Xûr.Purchasing Worldline Zero requires the following resources/materials: Worldline Zero was made available from the Exotic Archive alongside the launch of Beyond Light and the Season of the Hunt, with the launch of the Season of the Chosen the catalyst has also been updated and reintroduced into the game.
